How to request deletion
Send your request from the email address connected to your hey habits account. This helps us verify that the request belongs to you.

What to include
- The email address used for your hey habits account.
- Your display name, if you added one.
- A short note saying that you want your account deleted.
What will be deleted
When your request is completed, we delete your hey habits account and associated app data, including:
- Account profile data, such as email address and display name.
- Habit data, why statements, check-ins, reflections, and coach conversations.
- Buddy connections and app-specific relationship data.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or tax obligations. Subscription and payment records are managed by Google Play or the App Store and may need to be handled through your store account. Retained records are kept only for as long as required by the relevant obligation.
Timing
We will respond to your request within 30 days. If we need more information to verify the account, we will ask for it by email.
