The service: hey habits provides a habit-tracking and accountability app. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it running and improving, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Your account: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may only create one account per person. Don't share your account with others.

Acceptable use: Use hey habits only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't harm others. You may not use the app to harass, abuse, or harm another person. That includes the buddy feature.

Enforcement: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice where necessary to protect users or the service.

Intellectual property: The hey habits app, name, and design are owned by Nicki Eliza Schinow. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, hey habits is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Germany.
